Senior Connectivity Manager, NA (Data Centers)

Location: Hybrid at any of hirify.global’s U.S. locations, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Salary: $145,000–$160,000 base plus bonus; compensation may vary by location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead connectivity initiatives from feasibility and site selection through contract execution, construction coordination, and delivery.
• Develop regional connectivity strategies and productize connectivity solutions for data center campuses.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, CAPEX estimates, stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Evaluate long-haul and last-mile connectivity, acquire dark fiber, and negotiate carrier agreements.
• Support campus and building designs for fiber, conduit routing, Meet-Me-Rooms, points of entry, and customer fit-outs.
• Prepare technical materials for prospective customers and support connectivity-focused marketing efforts.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience delivering large-scale connectivity solutions.
• Strong understanding of data center ecosystems and key network providers.
• Project management experience, including full feasibility studies and multi-project coordination.
• Knowledge of customer requirements, business drivers, financial considerations, and relevant legislative requirements.
• Strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and IT skills.
• Ability to work across functions, remotely when needed, while traveling, across multiple time zones, and under pressure.
