Salesforce Certified Developer (Connecticut)

Location: Hybrid in Connecticut; candidates must currently reside in Connecticut. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Candidates outside Connecticut are not eligible, and travel in place of Connecticut residency is not permitted.

Compensation: $45–$50 USD.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning pages, Visualforce pages, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage work from requirements through implementation.
• Support application integration analysis and work across design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and maintenance.
• Apply object-oriented programming, CRUD concepts, Salesforce design patterns, and service-oriented architecture.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to deliver effective platform functionality.
• Mentor less experienced developers and contribute technical judgment to complex Salesforce projects.

Requirements

• Current Connecticut residency and authorization to work for any employer in the United States are required.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification is required at minimum.
• 10+ years of professional technology experience, including 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Advanced experience with Apex, object-oriented programming, SOQL, configuration, CRUD, design patterns, Lightning, and Visualforce.
• Experience with full-stack web development concepts, application integrations, SDLC delivery, and technical documentation.
• Experience with .NET object-oriented programming, service-oriented architecture, and SQL.

Nice to have

• Additional Salesforce certifications beyond Platform Developer I.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience supporting public sector, state government, or regulated environments.
• Experience mentoring developers and guiding complex Salesforce technical delivery.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise architecture patterns.
