Rotor Analysis Engineer (m/f) (Helicopters)

hirify.global Helicopters develops and supports helicopter products and their rotor and suspension systems across the product life cycle.

What you will do

• Size and substantiate helicopter rotor and suspension parts for static and fatigue performance using analytical methods, simulation, finite element modelling, and testing.
• Assess safety margins and service lives during development and in-service sustaining phases.
• Prepare, support, and analyze ground and flight tests in collaboration with laboratory and flight crew departments.
• Provide analysis and technical support for customer modifications, production part deliveries, and helicopter incidents.
• Prepare technical data and documentation covering safety, performance, manufacturing, structural integrity, maintainability, and cost objectives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent five-year degree in mechanical engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in mechanical part analysis.
• Finite element modelling skills, including HyperMesh and Samcef.
• Advanced French and English.
• Team spirit, autonomy, rigor, good mechanical sense, and interest in technical challenges.
• Local contract only; security clearance or eligibility for clearance is required.
