Design and Accommodation Responsible (F/M) (Telecom Satellites)

What you will do

• Lead design and accommodation studies for space products and telecom satellites.
• Develop and optimize satellite platform and payload layouts, including equipment placement, harness routing, and antenna integration.
• Analyze design choices, manufacturability, tolerancing, and compliance with technical specifications.
• Coordinate interfaces and kits across satellite subsystems and collaborate with mechanical, thermal, electrical, and RF disciplines.
• Prepare design descriptions, accommodation reports, and interface control documents, and present solutions during design reviews.
• Drive subcontracted work packages while supporting schedules, quality standards, and Design Office processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in the design and accommodation of space products or telecom satellites.
• Strong understanding of satellite architecture, subsystems, and space-environment constraints such as thermal, radiation, and vibration.
• Proficiency in 3DEXPERIENCE and knowledge of configuration management and DDMS context.
• Fluent English required; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
