Jr UX Content Designer (Fintech)

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; 5 days onsite

What you will do

• Create content for digital banking experiences and develop expertise across assigned product features.
• Partner with designers to apply UX writing best practices and integrate content strategy into the design process.
• Identify user problems and develop clear, effective content solutions.
• Conduct user research, including test plans, interview guides, scripts, and analysis.
• Maintain content guidelines and consistency with other writers.
• Present content decisions to stakeholders and coordinate Legal, Risk, and Compliance reviews with Product Managers.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UX Writing and/or UX Content Design experience.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and digital content delivery skills.
• Experience working in regulated environments involving Legal, Compliance, or Risk.
• Experience in financial services, healthcare, insurance, or a similar regulated industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh five days per week.

Nice to have

• Payments or money movement experience.
• Experience with Figma, Agile methodology, content strategy, design thinking, digital communications, or UX design.
• Background in banking, investments, financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
