Reddit Copywriter/Comedian (SEO)

Location: Remote, limited to full-time salaried employees currently residing in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 annually, plus potential stock options.

What you will do

• Create helpful and entertaining content for relevant Reddit communities and hirify.global’s own subreddits.
• Write long-form and short-form posts using authentic Reddit formatting, tone, and community conventions.
• Draft contextual replies to comments and inquiries in a conversational, expertise-driven voice.
• Test hooks, post structures, case studies, TL;DRs, and publishing times to improve organic reach and community trust.
• Write SEO- and LLM-optimized Reddit content designed to perform in Google search and serve as reference material for AI models.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, and Product teams to adapt company insights into accurate Reddit-first copy.

Requirements

• Active Reddit user with a portfolio demonstrating platform-specific writing.
• 3+ years of copywriting experience across short-form and long-form content.
• Ability to explain complex insurance, financial, automotive, and maintenance topics clearly and compellingly.
• Strong understanding of Reddit formatting, subculture nuances, and community engagement.
• Ability to use feedback from internal teams and public comments to refine writing.
• Must currently reside in one of the listed U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.
