Sr. Copywriter

Base salary: $80,000–$115,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Ideate and create high-volume content across social and traditional media.
• Collaborate with creative, client services, and strategy teams to develop content aligned with briefs, feedback, and client KPIs.
• Write impactful, platform-specific copy that reflects each brand’s voice and style guidelines.
• Present strategically grounded copy concepts to creative leaders and incorporate platform, consumer, and cultural insights.
• Manage multiple projects with short deadlines and coordinate pre-production through post-production with the Senior Art Director.
• Help plan shoots, direct content, and mentor colleagues within the brand team.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience copywriting and creating digital or social content.
• Strong conceptualization, brainstorming, writing, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to proofread and self-edit error-free copy that follows brand style guidelines.
• Mastery of grammar and the English language, with the ability to adapt writing for multiple platforms and brands.
• Strong time management, organization, communication, and ability to respond constructively to direction and feedback.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and relevant content platforms.
