Merchandise and Production Manager (iGaming)

💥We are an international business group in the iGaming industry, developing B2B products and technological solutions.

🚨 We are looking for an Merchandise and production manager to join our fully remote team (except for the RF and the RB).

🤓 What we’re looking for:
- Experience in the apparel custom manufacturing industry 3+ years (China vendors)
- Optimize resources proven experience
- Planing and monitoring production processes experience
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
- Experience in budget planning and optimization
- Experience using CRM systems
- Fluent Ukrainian/Russian
- English level B1 or higher


💻 Responsibilities:
- End-to-end merch management: oversee all stages of custom merchandise production for both internal company needs and major international I-Gaming events (within the Merch and Production team)
- Maintaining and expanding a reliable network of international (specifically Chinese) manufacturing partners
- Creating detailed briefs, conducting negotiations, and controlling premium product quality. Direct experience with Chinese factories and suppliers of premium products will be your key advantage.
- Cross-functional collaboration: proactive communication with internal stakeholders (marketing, event teams, etc.) to accurately identify their needs, gather requirements, and present finished solutions
- Custom product development: creating and presenting creative merchandise ideas, forming product catalogs, and developing unique promo solutions that match the brand's style and values.
- Monitoring inventory levels, ensuring timely dispatches, and managing safe delivery to event venues worldwide
