Merchandise and Production Manager (iGaming)

Location: Cyprus, Poland, or Ukraine; hybrid, remote, or on-site work is available.

What you will do

• Manage the full merchandise production cycle for internal company needs and international iGaming events.
• Build and expand a reliable network of international, especially Chinese, manufacturing partners.
• Create detailed briefs, negotiate with suppliers, and control the quality of premium products.
• Collaborate with marketing, event teams, and other internal stakeholders to gather requirements and present finished solutions.
• Develop custom merchandise concepts, product catalogs, and promotional solutions aligned with brand values.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate dispatches, and manage safe delivery to event venues worldwide.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the apparel custom manufacturing industry, including work with Chinese vendors.
• Experience planning and monitoring production processes, optimizing resources, and planning budgets.
• Experience ensuring compliance with quality standards and using CRM systems.
• Direct experience with Chinese factories and suppliers of premium products.
• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian; English at B1 level or higher.
• Strong cross-department communication, ownership, systems thinking, and attention to detail.
