Flight Operations Support – Flight Dispatcher (m/f) (Aerospace)

Location: Operational Control Center, Flight & Integration Test Centre, Toulouse Area, France. The role includes worldwide missions approximately five times per year for about one week, with full travel availability required.

What you will do

• Prepare and dispatch daily development and production flights based in Toulouse.
• Assess airspace, traffic, and weather constraints to support safe flight operations.
• Draft and file GAT and OAT flight plans, maintain continuous flight tracking, and brief crews.
• Liaise with air traffic management, airport authorities, and external mission stakeholders.
• Coordinate routings, overflight permits, ground handling, airport approvals, hotels, and transport for external missions.
• Monitor and coordinate the Emergency Response Plan during incidents or accidents.

Requirements

• Dispatcher diploma and at least 2 years of airline or Operations Control Center experience.
• Experience working in an adaptable, reactive operational environment.
• Availability for two-shift teamwork, weekend standby, and bank-holiday standby.
• Very good English and intermediate French are required.
• Full availability for worldwide travel missions, approximately five times per year.
• Digital tools knowledge is beneficial.
