Salary: €67,500–€106,835 gross annual base pay. The tariff-based anticipated starting compensation is €63,960 annually, paid in 13 monthly salaries.

What you will do
- Coordinate recurring pricing analyses, management reports, KPI reviews, and ad hoc reporting.
- Evaluate pricing models, structures, and strategies to identify efficiency improvements and additional business opportunities.
- Develop recommendations for alternative pricing models and support business planning and key customer opportunities.
- Coordinate price-list updates with sales and commercial stakeholders, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with SOX controls.
- Translate complex pricing and market data into clear recommendations for different audiences.
- Coach less experienced colleagues and apply company leadership principles in daily collaboration.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Financial Analysis, Business Analytics, or a comparable function.
- Degree or vocational qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting complex data sets and pricing structures.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools and ERP systems is preferred.
- Structured, independent, solution-oriented working style with strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Fluent German is required. English proficiency is preferred.
