Senior Frontend Engineer (React)

Location: Remote; working hours are 13:00–22:00, 5/2, UTC+5

Company

hirify.global is hiring for a US-based managing general agent and specialty insurance provider building a modern core platform to replace a legacy system.

What you will do

• Turn a prototype into a production React application while maintaining a scalable design system.
• Build complex quote forms with dynamic questions, validation, prefilling, and saved progress.
• Develop dense data screens for policy records, billing schedules, queues, and tables.
• Build agent portal, staff workspace, and insured self-service views within one application.
• Collaborate with the backend team on API contracts and incorporate client feedback after demos.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience, including 3+ years with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Vite, React Router, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui or a similar component library.
• Experience building large forms and data-heavy business applications rather than only marketing sites.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and handling loading, error, and empty states.
• Strong UI/UX judgment and the ability to deliver close to pixel-perfect implementations independently.
• Clear spoken and written English; working hours are 13:00–22:00, UTC+5.

Nice to have

• Insurance or fintech experience.
• Daily experience with AI coding tools and awareness of their limitations.
