TL;DR
IT Specialist – Application Support (RPA/Power Platform): Providing L2/L3 support for business-critical applications including RPA solutions, Kube365 Workflow, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI with an accent on availability, stability, incident resolution, and user satisfaction. Focus on troubleshooting workflow failures, managing releases and changes, performing root cause analysis, and driving continuous operational improvement.
Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia; in-person collaboration is prioritized

What you will do
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Support RPA bots, Kube365 workflows, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and related integrations.
- Perform root cause analysis, problem management, service restoration, and application performance troubleshooting.
- Support releases, patches, upgrades, testing, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with business users, vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and improve services.
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, support procedures, and operational runbooks while contributing to automation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Application Support, AMS, Managed Services, or Production Support.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in SLA-driven environments.
- Experience with workflow automation, low-code platforms, reporting tools, and business process automation.
- Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
- Knowledge of Kube365 Workflow, RPA concepts, bot monitoring, workflow configuration, ITSM, Microsoft 365, SQL fundamentals, APIs, integrations, and data analysis.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
Nice to have
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-900, PL-200, or PL-400.
- RPA platform certifications.
