TL;DR
IT/IS Technician (MedTech): Providing onsite IT support and maintaining computers, software, networks, inventory, and manufacturing IT systems in a production environment with an accent on Windows, O365, troubleshooting, and asset management. Focus on resolving technical issues, supporting users and after-hours operations, and performing hands-on deskside and physical site duties.
Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia; onsite role

What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving computers, printers, networks, software, and user accounts.
- Set up, maintain, image, and manage computers and IT assets.
- Provide IT support for manufacturing operations and users onsite or remotely.
- Document service tickets and support after-hours or night-shift requirements when needed.
- Perform deskside support, local travel, and physical duties in office and production environments.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows client/server environments, O365, and IT troubleshooting.
- Diagnostic, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an MNC or production environment.
- IT technician certification.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to perform walking, standing, bending, occasional lifting, and other essential physical duties for extended periods.
Nice to have
- At least one year of experience in an IT role.
