Requirements

• Experience managing shifts and teams in a busy freight-processing environment is desirable.
• Ability to manage personal and team time effectively with strong attention to detail.
• Strong customer focus and good communication skills.
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach.
• Flexibility and availability to work different shifts, including nighttime hours.
