Finance Project Manager

What you will do

• Manage the Finance department’s Project Management Office and produce management information for prioritisation and decision-making.
• Coordinate IT development requests from scope definition through delivery, while providing stakeholder updates.
• Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements across multiple projects.
• Gather process details from business teams, identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities, and create As-Is and To-Be diagrams using tools such as Visio.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers, while working with the Finance Manager to manage capacity and delivery constraints.
• Assess change proposals, design test plans, support business readiness, and improve the customer onboarding journey.

Requirements

• Project management certification such as APM, PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or MoP, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering projects.
• Strong organisation, multitasking, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and project planning tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
• Ability to simplify complex tasks and adapt presentations to different audiences.
