Project Manager (Analog/RF IC Design)

Location: London, UK; work is centered around the Islington lab.

What you will do

• Provide project management for multidisciplinary scientific and engineering teams across internal and external projects.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, reports, and proposals for IC development projects.
• Coordinate with technical teams, aggregators, foundries, academic institutions, supply chain partners, and customers.
• Track milestones, costs, risks, and delivery plans while implementing mitigation strategies.
• Manage project update meetings and support successful tapeout and hardware-intensive R&D delivery.

Requirements

• Hands-on Analog IC design and project management experience.
• Experience preparing schedules and budgets, tracking costs, and managing multiple projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with physicists, IC engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in an agile, dynamic small-business environment.

Nice to have

• Experience across the Analog ASIC design flow, from architecture and schematic design through layout, fabrication, and post-silicon validation.
• At least 2 years of project management experience and a track record of delivering hardware-intensive R&D projects.
• Experience with government-funded project budgeting, cost reporting, and contract management.
• Knowledge of Digital IC and RF IC design flows and post-silicon testing.
• Familiarity with Jira, Excel, and Cadence Virtuoso.
