Senior RD Lab Specialist (Advanced Electronics)

What you will do

• Support daily Pyralux laboratory operations by running experiments, operating analytical equipment, maintaining facilities, and managing chemicals.
• Operate pilot facilities, including chemical blending and packaging, raw-material inventory management, liquid particle measurement, and chemical assays.
• Support lab-to-manufacturing processes and troubleshoot scale-up challenges for new product development.
• Perform chemical preparation, coating, sample preparation, testing, and measurement.
• Handle, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Obtain Six Sigma certification and lead laboratory improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Experience is not required; PCB industry experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work diligently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work multiple shifts, including morning and noon shifts.
