What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical architecture for Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and upgrade programmes.
• Design scalable, secure, maintainable ERP solutions across finance, operations, manufacturing, distribution, and service management.
• Define architecture standards, governance processes, development standards, and solution designs.
• Lead architecture reviews, design authority sessions, customer workshops, and technical escalations.
• Guide teams on AL extensions, customisations, workflows, reports, interfaces, integrations, and release management.
• Support presales, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, build, testing, go-live, support, and end-user training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect role.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central, AL development, extensions, customisation, administration, and release management.
• Experience delivering large-scale ERP implementation programmes and working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, web services, Azure Integration Services, and Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of security architecture, environment strategy, performance optimisation, disaster recovery, and governance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Azure Services, Microsoft Fabric, or Copilot technologies.
• Experience in a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment.
• TOGAF or comparable architecture framework experience.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture governance processes.
