D365 BC Team Leader (Business Central)

Location: Remote, based in Cyprus, Greece, Lebanon, the UK, or Portugal

Salary: £50,000–£70,000 per annum

hirify.global is working with a growing international Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist delivering Business Central, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

What you will do

• Own D365 Business Central implementations from initial scoping through go-live.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, scope, stakeholders, and delivery quality.
• Lead consultants and developers across multiple projects, allocate work, and review deliverables.
• Run customer workshops, gather requirements, and perform fit/gap analysis.
• Own functional design, configuration, testing, and customer support.
• Coach consultants, support recruitment and onboarding, and improve delivery standards.

Requirements

• 10 years of Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV experience.
• Experience leading 12 full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Strong Business Central Finance knowledge, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, multi-currency, and consolidation.
• At least two years leading or supervising a consulting or delivery team.
• Experience with ERP project management, solution design, configuration, testing, workshops, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Nice to have

• Multi-company or multi-entity Business Central implementations.
• Multi-currency and group consolidation experience.
• MB-800 certification.
• Power BI, Power Automate, or AL development exposure.
• Greek language skills.
