D365 Power Platform Functional Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Fully remote within the United Kingdom, supporting clients across multiple projects.

Salary: £42,000–£50,000 per annum.

What you will do

• Deliver functional consultancy across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Run client workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service solutions in D365 CE.
• Support the delivery of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Translate business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, technical consultants, and project managers throughout implementation and ongoing development.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience running client workshops and gathering requirements.
• Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner is essential.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and proactive working skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• MB-800 certification or willingness to work towards it.
• Experience delivering end-to-end D365 CE implementations and working across multiple client projects.
• Experience in a small to mid-sized Microsoft Partner environment.
