Power Platform Developer (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: Dudley, West Midlands, United Kingdom; hybrid working

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per annum, plus benefits.

hirify.global is recruiting for an established professional services business investing in its technology function and internal systems.

What you will do

• Build, enhance, and support applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Configure and develop VisualFiles workflows, templates, scripts, task server processes, and data structures.
• Identify opportunities to automate business and legal processes.
• Create and maintain integrations between Power Platform, VisualFiles, Microsoft 365, and external applications.
• Contribute to .NET and C# applications, modules, and extensions while investigating and resolving technical issues.
• Document, test, and release reliable, secure, and scalable business systems in collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Commercial experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, REST APIs, Dataverse, and system integrations.
• Development experience with .NET, C#, or another object-oriented language.
• Understanding of SDLC principles, source control, software testing, and troubleshooting across multiple technical layers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis from Dudley.

Nice to have

• Hands-on VisualFiles experience, including workflows, scripting, task server processes, templates, and data configuration.
• Knowledge of Intapp or comparable workflow and intake platforms.
• Background in the legal or wider professional services sector.
• Exposure to Power BI.
