Senior Account Manager (POS)

Location: London, England, United Kingdom; hybrid workplace with up to 40% working from home. After 12 months, working from abroad is available for up to 90 days per year.

What you will do

• Manage client relationships and POS briefs from initial briefing through final in-store delivery.
• Lead the full POS production lifecycle, including design handoff, print specifications, approvals, print production, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate creative studios, artworkers, printers, suppliers, production partners, and client stakeholders.
• Track briefs, approvals, project health, costs, forecasts, risks, and delivery performance using Monday, Storyteq, Media Centre, and related systems.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, manage workload and leave coverage, and support process improvements across the project management function.
• Ensure POS briefs are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality, brand, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in POS and in-store communications production, including end-to-end campaign and print management.
• Experience in an advertising, marketing, or retail-focused creative agency.
• Expertise in print production, supplier management, retail compliance, briefing, commissioning, proofreading, and editing.
• Line management experience with the ability to develop and mentor teams.
• Strong project planning, client communication, presentation, reporting, data analysis, and multitasking skills.
• Advanced Excel and Google Drive skills, with experience using workflow and task management tools such as Monday or Asana.
