Associate Community Manager (Pooling) (AI)

What you will do

• Manage client customer touchpoints, initiate conversations, and strengthen community engagement and customer loyalty.
• Track and analyze community activity, prepare reports, and provide insights on performance and customer queries.
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, resources, briefs, stakeholder communication, launches, and late deliverables.
• Support client onboarding, relationship management, presentations, pitches, and ad hoc client tasks.
• Organize client files, assets, contracts, invoices, permissions, and administrative documents in Google Drive.
• Contribute to internal improvement initiatives by applying AI tools, automation, and workflow optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or an equivalent qualification.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and public relations abilities.
• Strong organization skills and proficiency with Google Drive, Notion, ClickUp, Google Suite, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and committed to customer satisfaction.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, creative, technology, or consulting industries.
• Experience with social media management tools such as MyAlice, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Mentionlytics, or Clockify.
• Basic design skills with Canva.
• Experience preparing analytical or performance reports.
