Senior Recruiter (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and intake through sourcing, interviews, offers, and closing.
• Lead hiring across Go-to-Market functions including Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Professional Services.
• Advise senior leaders and hiring managers on hiring strategies, talent markets, and recruitment decisions.
• Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, direct outreach, and talent communities.
• Provide pipeline reporting, market intelligence, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders and Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Improve recruiting processes, maintain accurate Greenhouse data, and support inclusive and structured assessment practices.

Requirements

• Several years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience recruiting Go-to-Market functions in a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
• Strong experience advising hiring managers and business leaders, with proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through direct outreach and talent mapping.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluency in English is required.
