Senior Technical Recruiter

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Build diverse talent pipelines using market knowledge, business priorities, external hiring trends, and creative sourcing.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders as a trusted advisor and technical hiring subject matter expert.
• Use AI-assisted sourcing and resume-screening tools while applying judgment to assess fit and potential bias.
• Improve recruiting processes, tools, and systems, including ATS workflows and reporting.
• Report on recruiting KPIs and develop actionable recommendations for hiring teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting for technical roles at technology companies.
• Successful full-cycle hiring experience at a fast-growing company.
• Experience using an ATS; hirify.global uses Ashby.
• Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders from hiring managers to senior leaders.
• Creative sourcing experience reaching diverse and hard-to-find talent groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal awareness.

Nice to have

• B2B SaaS recruiting experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted sourcing, screening, and interview-summary tools.
• Experience building or scaling talent communities for critical or hard-to-fill skill areas.
