Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Architect Lead (AI)

Location: Madrid, Spain; willingness to travel and work on customer premises as required.

What you will do

• Translate customer business challenges into fit-for-purpose technical solutions and lead solution design.
• Build and iterate custom AI solutions using agentic AI frameworks.
• Own delivery end to end, from scoping through production deployment, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Capture deployment learnings, document best practices, and share insights with platform and product teams.
• Contribute code and feedback to the evolution of hirify.global’s AI platforms.

Requirements

• Demonstrable expertise in Python or another modern language such as C#, Node, or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of software delivery, Git and GitHub, Pandas, Spark, cloud AI platforms, and distributed computing architectures.
• Deep expertise in one or two technical domains with broad knowledge of AI/ML, cloud, and consulting.
• Experience or practical knowledge in agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, agent protocols, RAG architectures, and structured and unstructured knowledge sources.
• Knowledge of system optimization, security best practices, and translating business requirements into technical solutions for diverse stakeholders.
• Degree-level qualification in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with Hugging Face and community-driven AI tools and libraries.
• Experience with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Agent Framework, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar orchestration frameworks.
