DevOps Engineer IV (AI/LLMOps)

Salary: $132,149–$193,856.30 per year, depending on geographic market, skills, knowledge, and experience. Additional incentives may include annual bonuses, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

What you will do

• Architect and own complex, cross-cutting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD systems, and LLMOps pipelines across multiple services.
• Set technical direction, lead design reviews, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and present technical work to cross-functional groups.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for high-impact infrastructure issues.
• Design monitoring and alerting for AI infrastructure signals, including latency, token cost, and model drift.
• Help secure AI endpoints and agentic tools against prompt-injection and data-leakage risks.
• Translate stakeholder needs into the infrastructure and AI-operations roadmap, while enforcing security and compliance controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–9 years of technology experience with significant infrastructure ownership.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience architecting or optimizing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD systems.
• At least 1 year of informal engineering mentorship or design-review leadership.
• Advanced expertise in cloud infrastructure, containerization and orchestration, infrastructure as code, and highly available architecture.
• Availability for an on-call rotation covering after-hours and weekend support.

Nice to have

• Cloud Professional-level certification.
• Deep experience with LLMOps at scale, including GPU provisioning and vector database hosting.
