EOR Partnerships Specialist

Location: Remote; listed locations include Spain, South Africa, Poland, and the Philippines. The role also offers work from anywhere.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of EOR partners across multiple regions and serve as the primary partner contact.
• Run performance reviews and track KPIs, SLAs, and improvement plans.
• Own partner escalations from issue logging and root-cause analysis through resolution.
• Maintain partner contracts, pricing terms, and SLA documentation; support renewals and negotiations.
• Build partnership-management playbooks, trackers, reporting, and onboarding handoffs.
• Contribute to country guides, partner FAQs, and operational documentation.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in vendor management, partner management, account management, or operations.
• Experience in EOR, global payroll, HR services, or a related field.
• Understanding of EOR models and in-country partner operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage partners against SLAs and drive measurable performance improvements.
• Strong spreadsheet, reporting, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners and countries remotely.
• Strong written and spoken English and the ability to hold partners accountable while maintaining effective relationships.
