Senior Manager, Global Procurement

What you will do

• Define and execute procurement category strategies, commercial roadmaps, vendor distribution plans, and short- and long-term procurement targets.
• Own competitive RFP processes from vendor identification through award, negotiating pricing and commercial terms with international manufacturing partners.
• Build and apply component-level clean sheets, approve buy plans, and establish launch and scale-costing targets.
• Partner with material managers, sourcing teams, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, merchandising, technology, and production teams to optimize material-to-finished-good costs.
• Identify value creation opportunities through verticalization, volume consolidation, commodity strategies, and upstream sourcing.
• Develop AI-enabled procurement capabilities, including an RFP agent and scenario analysis workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a retail apparel environment.
• Proven experience running competitive RFPs with international manufacturing partners and negotiating commercial terms.
• Hands-on experience building and using clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Experience collaborating with merchandising, materials, production, and sourcing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; experience with AI-powered platforms and LLMs is required for complex procurement automation and scenario analysis.

• Experience in apparel, soft goods, or home goods.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
