Agent/Lead Agent - Order Management (Logistics)

What you will do

• Ensure smooth and timely shipment processing according to customer requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Enter operational data accurately and monitor shipment reports to support customer satisfaction.
• At lead level, allocate workloads, monitor workboards and internal KPIs, and support operations during peak periods or staff absences.
• Build customer relationships, support information requests, pricing responses, retention calls, and customer reviews.
• Monitor invoicing and operational reports while promoting productivity tools and system enhancements.
• Mentor agents, communicate policies and regulations, and help maintain a positive and productive team environment.

Requirements

• University or college graduation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English required.
• Proactive, well-organized, innovative, and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to work in a team under high pressure and tight deadlines, including extra hours when required.
• Understanding of ocean or order management shipment handling is advantageous.
