Regional Security Manager – APAC

Location: APAC; based in Singapore, with regular travel across APAC

What you will do

• Lead Nscale’s physical and data center security program across APAC.
• Oversee security across data centers, colocation facilities, construction projects, and corporate locations.
• Assess access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, guard services, and incident response capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering and Construction from site selection and design through commissioning and operational handover.
• Coordinate regional monitoring, alarm response, incident escalation, investigations, and remediation with the global SOC/GSOC and local providers.
• Report on regional security posture, risks, incidents, control gaps, and performance to Global Security leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in physical security, corporate security, data center security, critical infrastructure, or a related field.
• Experience leading security programs across multiple sites or countries and working with multinational organizations.
• Experience managing security vendors, contract security personnel, and service providers.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, security operations, physical security technology, risk assessment, and incident management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with technical teams and senior leadership.
• Based in Singapore and willing to travel regularly across APAC.

• Experience in data center, technology, critical infrastructure, or another security-sensitive environment.
• Experience supporting construction and commissioning of large-scale facilities.
