Operations Lead, Japan (Japanese speaker) (Digital Health)

What you will do

• Lead clinical input for product launches and market expansion in Japan.
• Build and scale a reliable, high-quality prescriber and practitioner network.
• Design screening, assessment, onboarding, rostering, utilisation, and performance-management processes.
• Monitor performance through audits and data analysis; manage incidents, complaints, escalations, and resolutions.
• Develop Japan-specific care models, safety protocols, governance frameworks, and prescribing criteria.
• Coordinate with product, pharmacy, patient support, operations, partners, regulators, and local clinicians.

Requirements

• Experience in operations and/or strategy within a rapidly scaling organisation.
• Experience building and scaling teams or processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills across local and global teams.
• Native or equivalent Japanese fluency is required.
• English proficiency is required for collaboration with global teams.
• Ability to support governance, compliance, quality, risk management, and regulatory readiness in Japan.
