We are looking for a hands-on Chief Operating Officer (COO) with deep expertise in blockchain products and technology-driven businesses. You will bridge Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive efficiency and growth without bloating headcount.

🔥 Key Focus:

• Lead Product Ops, RevOps, Operational Excellence & Support.

• Translate tech/product decisions into scalable operational processes.

• Manage and develop cross-functional teams (50+ scope).

• Drive automation, efficiency, and measurable business results.

✅ Must-Haves:

• Senior Ops leadership experience in a blockchain-native or crypto-product company.

• Deep practical knowledge of blockchain infrastructure & transaction flows.

• Strong commercial judgment & cross-functional leadership skills.

• English C1/C2 (mandatory).
