Assistant Manager, Investment Operations (Fintech)

What you will do

• Oversee daily post-trade operations across multiple asset classes, including funding, trade matching, settlement, reconciliation, and lifecycle management.
• Process corporate actions end to end and identify and resolve exceptions.
• Manage transfer requests, primary market operations, and other wealth product activities.
• Support Client Services with client inquiries and verify general ledger entries and system records.
• Prepare risk and control evidence, management information reports, and audit coordination materials.
• Improve operational processes and collaborate with Business and Technology stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in middle office, asset servicing, equities operations, or equivalent financial services roles.
• Knowledge of banking and investment industry practices and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, risk awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills, and disciplined escalation.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work with external counterparties and internal stakeholders.
• Flexibility to support operations during Hong Kong public holidays and outside regular business hours when required.
