Subject Matter Expert - Client Servicing (Investment Accounting)

hirify.global provides the ENFN/CWAN platform for investment accounting, financial operations, and client servicing.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries across P&L and NAV calculations, investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Handle incoming requests by email and phone and deliver timely, effective solutions or workarounds.
• Complete account setup, client lockdown, compliance, and reconciliation validation tasks.
• Build client relationships and improve the user experience of the ENFN/CWAN platform.
• Use knowledge bases, documentation, and internal tools to resolve queries proactively.
• Prioritize workflows using productivity and quality metrics while handling complex client issues.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Experience in finance and/or accounting, with an intermediate understanding of fixed-income and equity investments.
• Strong client servicing, problem-solving, communication, organization, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to relate client business cases to system functionality and limitations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; the role is based in the Hong Kong office.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with buy-side operations workflows.
• Basic knowledge of alternative security types.
• Experience with hedge funds, fund administrators, or prime brokerage.
• Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin.
