Supply Chain Operations Degree Apprenticeship (Aerospace)

Location: Filton, Bristol, United Kingdom; full-time, onsite apprenticeship. The programme starts in September 2027 and lasts 4 years and 3 months. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work in the United Kingdom for the full duration of the programme.

Salary: £23,245 per year.

hirify.global designs, manufactures and manages the supply chain for aircraft wings, landing gear and fuel systems, working with suppliers worldwide and supporting final assembly lines across multiple countries.

What you will do

• Rotate through Commercial Procurement, General Procurement and Supply Chain Operations placements.
• Develop practical skills in supplier management, negotiation and contract management.
• Work with stakeholders across hirify.global and with external suppliers.
• Complete work-based projects that apply university study to supply chain challenges.
• Study for a BSc in Supply Chain Management with Procurement at Aston University through block release and dedicated study time.

Requirements

• Minimum three A Levels: two Bs and one C, or an equivalent qualification subject to validation.
• Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 in Mathematics and English Language.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate proactively with different people.
• CV including grades and confirmation of whether they are predicted or achieved.
• Cover letter explaining motivation for hirify.global and the apprenticeship, along with relevant skills and experience.
• Current UK work authorisation for the full duration of the programme and eligibility for levy funding are required.

Nice to have

• A Levels in Business, Economics or Mathematics.
• Previous procurement or supply chain experience is not required.
