What you will do

• Track deliverables and support projects throughout their full lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project impact videos, messages, and stories.
• Oversee the GP3 website and manage communications across the organisation.
• Contribute to reporting activities supporting European Commission internal and external audit requirements.
• Support ad hoc projects, day-to-day team activities, and external meetings.
• Collaborate with internal hirify.global departments, external partners, other pharmaceutical companies, and the European Commission.

Requirements

• Must be completing a placement as part of a degree course at a UK university, through a Year in Industry, Industrial Placement, or Gap Year.
• Proactive, passionate, and well organised, with the ability to multitask across competing assignments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Scientific background to support understanding of the projects.
• AI literacy and the ability to see projects through to completion.
• Must complete and submit the hirify.global Placement Application Form; CVs and cover letters will not be considered.
