What you will do

• Lead cross-functional innovation projects for Process Development services and associated products.
• Coordinate product management, scientific, quality, operations, marketing, sourcing, and legal stakeholders.
• Create and own project schedules while managing timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and issues.
• Run project meetings, assign and track actions, and deliver mitigation plans.
• Engage stakeholders and provide regular updates on project goals, progress, and deliverables.
• Apply hirify.global Business System project management tools and continuously improve processes and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering, biotechnology, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of downstream bioprocessing and protein purification.
• Multiple years of project management experience in a matrixed team environment.
• Experience delivering large, cross-functional projects, preferably in new product development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or delivering new technical services to market.
• Familiarity with digital products.
• Foundational understanding of new and emerging therapeutic modalities.
