Focus on designing strategic transformation solutions, prioritising initiative portfolios, assessing risks and costs, and improving governance and delivery outcomes.

What you will do
- Lead solution discovery and design for complex client, product, technology, regulatory, and business initiatives across the APAC Transfer Agency business.
- Produce impact assessments, business requirements, solution designs, estimates, business cases, and delivery plans.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, product teams, clients, vendors, architects, and delivery teams to achieve discovery and ideation outcomes.
- Manage and prioritise the initiative pipeline in alignment with strategic objectives and portfolio priorities.
- Evaluate solution options, identify risks, and recommend effective and feasible approaches.
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and consistent business analysis practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in financial services delivery, including asset servicing, transfer agency, custody, fund accounting, funds management, superannuation, or pension administration.
- Experience delivering gap analyses, feasibility studies, business requirements, risk assessments, cost analyses, business cases, and delivery plans.
- Strong understanding of technology-enabled business transformation and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Knowledge of project delivery frameworks, methodologies, and change management practices.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and translate strategic objectives into practical solutions.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive business analysis experience, with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
