Sales Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze complex sales data, systems, and ideas to support sales strategies and performance.
• Support sales teams with the development and execution of strategies to achieve targets.
• Review sales business plans and recommend improvements.
• Analyze and manage sales compensation plans in line with organizational objectives.
• Use CRM systems to gather, analyze, and report sales data.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
• Associate level: no prior experience required.
• Standard level: at least two years of relevant work experience.
• Senior level: four years of experience in sales, marketing, or related areas.
• Strong analytical, numerical, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
