Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Build and operate production-grade enterprise applications and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design clean RESTful APIs, decompose services, and implement inter-service communication and observability patterns.
• Develop frontend applications with React and work with relational databases, including schema design and query tuning.
• Deploy applications to AWS, Azure, or GCP using managed services, networking, and identity capabilities.
• Apply CI/CD, Git-based development, code review, release management, debugging, and root-cause analysis practices.

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.
• U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates may apply; new H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• At least 8 years of professional software development experience; the posting specifies 11+ years of experience.
• Advanced Java 11 or 17, Spring Boot, RESTful API, microservices, React, SQL, relational database, cloud, CI/CD, and Git experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, computational complexity, system design, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Nice to have

• Event-driven architecture experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent streaming platforms.
• Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of eventual consistency, CAP trade-offs, idempotency, and saga patterns.
• Experience with automated testing and test-driven or behavior-driven development.
• Familiarity with Angular or Vue.
