Senior Fullstack Engineer (Java/AWS)

What you will do

• Develop and execute end-to-end performance and load tests across integrated systems, microservices, databases, and AWS services.
• Analyze application behavior, metrics, and bottlenecks across the full technology stack.
• Investigate root causes beyond the testing layer and recommend or implement remediation.
• Tune and refactor Java applications, optimize PostgreSQL queries, and review AWS configurations.
• Retest after remediation and provide data-driven recommendations for further improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack software engineering experience with hands-on development and troubleshooting.
• Strong Java development skills for backend services, APIs, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on performance engineering experience, including performance and load test scripting.
• Strong PostgreSQL and SQL skills, including query analysis, execution plans, indexing, and database tuning.
• Experience with AWS, microservices, distributed applications, application monitoring, and performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Dynatrace, Splunk, or CloudWatch.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.
