HVAC Technician - Mechanicsburg, PA

Location: Field-based work in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, conducted on-site at customer locations

Salary: $18.09–$54.26 per hour

What you will do

• Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up commercial HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers on installations and repairs.
• Diagnose equipment and systems using software, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Serve as the direct customer contact and maintain responsibility for assigned products and equipment.
• Work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays as business needs require.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain records for company-issued and procured assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 5 or more years of HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months with an acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld computers such as smartphones or iPads.
• Technical school or formal training is preferred.
