TL;DR
AI Solution Architect (Azure/Agentic AI): Designing and delivering secure, scalable cloud-native AI and agentic solutions for integration, customer data, risk, and finance programs with an accent on Azure architecture, orchestration frameworks, data platforms, and enterprise security. Focus on translating business requirements into solution designs, establishing agentic workflows and governance controls, and guiding implementation across cloud and data ecosystems.
Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, or Oakville, Ontario, Canada; availability to work in-office 2–3 times per week is a bonus expectation.

What you will do
- Design and document component, integration, sequence, and data-flow architecture diagrams.
- Architect end-to-end AI and agentic solutions using Azure, GCP, LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith, Azure AI Foundry, and Vertex AI.
- Translate business and technical requirements into implementable solution designs with business analysts, developers, and product owners.
- Select API, event-driven, and batch integration patterns while balancing performance, cost, and maintainability.
- Present architecture designs and intake requests to governance forums and technical review boards.
- Define agentic workflow, network isolation, private endpoint, managed identity, token governance, observability, and data integration patterns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years designing solution, application, or integration architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native AI and agentic solutions on Microsoft Azure or GCP, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, APIM AI Gateways, or Vertex AI.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith, MCP, and A2A, plus microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, model governance, managed identities, private endpoints, RBAC, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, or BigQuery.
- Fluent English is mandatory for regular collaboration with an international team.
Nice to have
- Banking or financial services experience and familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification.
- Production experience with AI gateways, vector stores, and model-evaluation tooling.
- Availability to work in-office 2–3 times per week.
