Senior Designer (Brand and Digital)

What you will do

• Create brand identities, visual systems, websites, campaigns, and launch experiences.
• Develop distinctive creative directions from early exploration through fully realized design systems.
• Own projects and workstreams from concept through final delivery.
• Present concepts, explain creative decisions, respond to feedback, and collaborate directly with clients.
• Work with creative leadership, strategists, developers, project managers, and designers to strengthen the work.
• Contribute references, ideas, techniques, and perspectives that raise the studio's creative standard.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience as a designer, ideally in a branding, design, or creative agency.
• Exceptional design craft and taste, demonstrated through a portfolio covering typography, composition, visual systems, identity work, and digital design.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn ideas into cohesive visual systems.
• High ownership, reliability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure without close supervision.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills, including explaining creative decisions and responding to feedback.
• Ability to move between high-level creative thinking and detailed execution.
