Senior Brand Designer

What you will do

• Define and evolve the visual identity across the app, App Store, website, campaigns, paid media, lifecycle marketing, content, and other brand touchpoints.
• Build and maintain a flexible brand system that scales across business needs and channels.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Design teams to bring the brand into product experiences.
• Brief and coordinate external illustration, motion, video, and agency partners.
• Design through iteration, experimentation, audience insights, and performance data.
• Provide thoughtful design feedback and help establish a consistent, distinctive brand point of view.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of visual design experience in-house or at an agency.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience applying visual design across web, mobile products, digital campaigns, video, and print.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong branding work across varied contexts, especially brand systems.
• Experience collaborating with motion designers; individual motion experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, and independent working skills in a fast-paced environment.
