TL;DR
Senior Production Designer (AI): Creating polished visual designs and responsive digital experiences for web, campaigns, email, social, and other channels with an accent on production design, brand systems, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on translating creative direction into production-ready deliverables, working with developers, managing multiple priorities, and incorporating AI tools such as Claude into creative workflows.
Location: Argentina; onsite at the Buenos Aires office up to 3 days per week

What you will do
- Create visual designs for websites, digital campaigns, email, social media, and other digital channels.
- Design polished, responsive digital experiences with strong hierarchy, composition, and attention to detail.
- Translate creative direction, brand guidelines, and visual systems into production-ready deliverables.
- Develop concepts from exploration through final execution and collaborate with creative, marketing, content, production, and development teams.
- Present concepts, explain design decisions, incorporate feedback, and iterate on work.
- Manage multiple projects, take ownership, and use AI tools such as Claude to improve creative workflows.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and strong visual and digital design experience.
- Experience designing web and digital experiences, including responsive layouts across screen sizes and breakpoints.
- Strong knowledge of typography, composition, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, brand guidelines, and visual systems.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and web content management tools.
- Advanced English proficiency and the ability to collaborate effectively in a professional environment.
- Availability to work onsite at the Buenos Aires office up to 3 days per week.

- Agency or studio experience.
- Experience with editorial and content-driven digital experiences, integrated campaigns, email, social media, and global digital experiences.
- Experience working with large or global technology brands.
