Team Manager (Fraud)

Location: Bolton, England, United Kingdom, with occasional team-days in Bolton or Speke. Hybrid working model. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 14:45–22:15.

What you will do

• Develop and mentor Fraud Specialists to deliver consistent customer service and outcomes.
• Support the deployment of change initiatives across the team.
• Oversee team performance against objectives, regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and quality measures.
• Drive employee engagement and foster a customer-centric culture.
• Contribute to Customer Care Operations strategy and plans in line with organisational priorities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of fraud or regulated processes within customer service.
• Previous experience working in a regulated environment.
• Experience applying FCA, FOS, and GDPR principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to guide a team toward consistent performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Hiring process

• First stage: 30-minute video call with the hiring team.
• Second stage: one-hour formal interview with competency and technical questions plus a relevant analytical and commercial task; the interview may be held in person or remotely.
