What you will do

• Support investment fund launches, setup activities, and ongoing life cycle events.
• Coordinate activities with internal business teams and external service providers.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and project milestones.
• Assist with analysis, documentation, and operational processes.
• Identify issues, escalate them appropriately, and help ensure timely resolution.
• Manage multiple priorities while following established procedures and maintaining accuracy.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience; asset management or financial services experience is beneficial.
• Strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities collaboratively.
• Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential business information.
• Interest in investment products, fund operations, and asset management.

Nice to have

• Exposure to asset management operations or program and project management.
• Academic or internship experience in finance, investments, or business.
